All our guests are asked to please follow these rules.
Text Box: General: -No high school or college age guests without parents. -No fire works or firearms of any type allowed on premises. -No tent camping. -Loud music, noise, and public intoxication are prohibited. -Do not cut live, green limbs or trees. Do not put nails, screws or wire in trees. -There will be charges for damage to property, trees, plants, flowers, etc. -Parents must not allow children to roam the campground/cabin areas after 10 pm. -SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. -No glass containers at the river. -Firewood brought on premises must be cut in short lengths. -Fires are only permitted within the BBQ areas at each cabin. -No fires at the river. Cabin rules: -No smoking, except in the outside BBQ area. There is a $250.00 cleaning charge if guests are found to be smoking inside cabins. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. -Only 2 keys issued per house. A $50 per key charge applies for lost or unreturned keys. -Do not flush sanitary napkins, Kleenex, personal wipes, etc. -Do not pour grease or oil down sinks. Cabins and RVs are on septic systems. -All dishes must be washed prior to leaving. Cleaning charges apply for dirty dishes. -Any damages to the cabins, furnishings, bed linens, towels, or missing items are billed to the credit card on file. -Leave your cabin reasonably neat and clean. -One dog under 30 lbs. is allowed per cabin with a $20 per night charge. Dogs are not allowed in cabins, and must be kenneled on the porch overnight. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. We love animals, but not their doooo, please dispose of properly. A large dumpster is located in the back of the property. -Two vehicles only permitted to park at each cabin. Extra vehicles can be parked in the parking area for a $2.50 per day fee. -Owners/Property Managers reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property without reimbursement, and are not responsible for accidents or the safety of guests belongings.
